Buddy did a great job with my mediation. In fact, when I received plaintiff’s settlement offer 2 days prior to mediation, I almost cancelled because it was well out of range. I called Buddy, who in turn made a call to plaintiff’s counsel to let him know that. Plaintiff atty still wanted to go forward and we all traveled to Alexandria and were able to successfully mediate and settle for $660,000 less than the plaintiff’s original offer. Not sure how Buddy “worked his magic” . I did see a flip chart he was using with a lot of figures on it!
