Team Spotlight: Meet Maranda

The life and pulse of our organization is our team.

We like to say we’re “small but mighty,” and we don’t like to brag, but we’re pretty sure we have the most fun and hard-working team around!

Up first in this series is one of our schedulers, Maranda Kimbrough. Maranda joined our team in 2023 as one of our long-time schedulers, Jerrie, was transitioning into retirement. Scheduling a mediation requires a lot of coordinating and communicating, so we knew we needed to find someone who was organized, patient, and easy to talk to.

Maranda has been a great addition to the team, and like all of us, she wears way more hats than just her main title! She can also be found taking Abby out for bathroom breaks and walks, cleaning the kitchen, setting up mediation rooms, and greeting mediation participants as they arrive at our office.

Get to know Maranda below and see what you have in common!
